I've spent more than 22 years building enterprise technology solutions for some of the world's largest companies. Not demos. Not prototypes. Production systems that run at Fortune 500 scale — across industries, across geographies, across every wave of technology transformation.

Today, my focus is where it matters most: making AI actually work inside the enterprise. Not the shiny pitch-deck version — the version that has to survive real data, legacy systems, regulatory constraints, and organizational complexity. I lead engineering teams that deliver intelligent transformation for global clients, turning AI from a boardroom conversation into operational reality.

What I bring to the table is something that's increasingly rare: deep technical credibility combined with two decades of understanding how large organizations actually adopt and operationalize technology. I've architected solutions, built and scaled teams, and navigated the messy intersection of technology strategy and business outcomes — repeatedly, across different domains and enterprise landscapes.
